Right to Change: We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. There may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on our website or catalog that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability and we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Customer Satisfaction:  We strive for satisfaction.  If there is a problem with any of our products, please let us know and we will do our best to correct it.  We have a wide variety of products on our web but have many more in our store.  So please call our store for assistance in your search.

Warranty:  We warranty our products to be manufactured without physical defects.  In the event a product is received defective we will replace it up to the value of the product purchased.  Legal forms are not warrantied.  The Law changes therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to determine if the form is useful for its intended purpose.

Return/Refund Policy:  Stock items can only be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original purchase date with prior approval. All returned orders have a 15% restocking fee. No returns or exchanges will be  allowed on custom items. In the event the product is shipped in our error we will pay for the return shipping of the product, all other reasons will be at customer’s expense.  Refunds for product will be issued when product is received in our store and verified that product is in original packaging and good for resale. Sales Tax: Texas sales tax will be charged on all Texas orders at the rate of 6.75%. 

Terms:  All orders are to be paid in advance unless credit terms have been arranged in advance.

Freight:  Will be charged on all orders requiring shipping.

Payment:  We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Company Check, Personal Check or Money Order.  Third party checks are not accepted.

Return checks:  A service fee of $25.00 will be added to any check returned for any reason.

Imprinted Items:  Payment in advance is required for all imprinted items.  Copy for all imprinted items must be either faxed or emailed.  We do not accept verbal copy for imprint.  Imprinted products are nonreturnable.  If we make a mistake, we will reprint at no cost to you any other reason for reprint will be at the customer’s expense.

Privacy Policy:  We do not share, give or sell personal customer information with anyone unless required by law.
